We are going to use (our own) locally grown dahlias, Batchelor buttons, hydrangea and more for this one of a kind arrangement!! (the photo is just an example ..but does not represent your hand delivered bouquet in a vase or vessel
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.

Beautiful Would have been nice if it wasn’t left out in the hot sun- all it takes is a phone call. ---- Florist's Response: Oh goodness. I am happy you liked the arrangement.. and I had sent a notification via email "Do just want to tell you, I delivered these , left on the front porch out of the sun. No - one was home..and no one answered the phone, and the voice mailbox was full" I was not able to leave a message for the recipient... because the voice mailbox was full. So sorry that this was the case. In future I will notify you of "attempted delivery " and will bring the bouquet back undelivered. .. I will send you a discount code for the future for this unfortunate circumstance.
